Sichuan Changjiang Hydraulic Parts Co., Ltd. adheres to the  business policy of “customer first, quality first”. Now the company makes the following solemn commitments in terms of product quality and service assurance:


1.Ensure that the quality management system of Sichuan Changjiang hydraulic parts established in accordance with the requirements of GB/T19001-2016 quality management system is continuously improved and operated effectively. Through continuous enhancement and improvement management, ensure that the process is stable and the quality is reliable.


2. The company carries out the technical renovation and the technical process improvement and formulates and adopts the processing technology production which meets the product performance requirements through strictly selecting the agreed drawings, technical agreements and technical data and selecting the raw materials which meet the national standards,  guaranteeing to provide the qualified products.


3. Related technical personnel provide technical support and service to customers in the whole process of production, manufacture, installation and commissioning, and provide oral and written answers to customers'questions.


4. After putting into normal operation, the guarantee period is 6 months or 9 months after our the products leave the factory,our company will deal with all quality problems in time during the warranty period.


5. During the warranty period, under the conditions that the company's products are in normal use, according to the inspection results and actual operation of the relevant departments, if there is an inconsistency between the quantity, quality or specifications and the contract technical documents, or it is confirmed that there exists quality problem of the products, the company will repair or replace parts within 5 days after receiving the notification to ensure the normal operation of products.


6. The company is responsible for providing cost-effective spare parts supply, maintenance and other related services beyond the warranty period or the product damage or failure not due to the quality problems of products..


7. The company provides 7 * 24 hours hotline telephone and fax support. If problems occur during the use, we recommend you to make a record of fault information and contact us through the hotline. After receiving quality feedback from users, technical experts ensure to make a response to the disposal of opinions or make solutions within 4 hours.


8. If the problem can not be solved by telephone and needs to be solved on site, our company guarantees that technical engineers or service technicians will be sent to the site for service and maintenance within 24 hours to 72 hours (or agreed time by both parties).


9. If the warranty period expires, or it needs to further optimize, upgrade and update the system equipment, our company is willing to carefully organize and make arrangements, dedicated to providing the system-related high-quality upgrading, transformation, maintenance and other services.


10. Technical training can be provided.
